With a young child it’s also on the rare occasion that I go out at night these days, so sometimes you’ve just got to relax (as I’m sure you know with 2 munchkins).

I like scifi a lot, but I find that it often doesn’t go farther than a concept and this leads to a lot of promising but ultimately disappointing scifi movies. Sunshine, Sky Captain and the World of Tommorow, Serenity are some more recent ones that come to mind. I think James Cameron’s Avatar might suffer from a similar lack of an end point for an interesting concept.
